EIN

Your Employer Identification Number (EIN), also called a Federal Employer ID (FEIN), is a taxpayer identifier for your business. Most businesses need one to do things like hire employees, open business banking accounts, and file state and federal taxes. You can apply for one at no cost from the IRS, but if you don’t already have a social security number, the process can be tricky and time-consuming. For $200, you can hire us to handle that for you.

S-Corp Tax Election

This filing changes the way the IRS taxes your business. It’s only available for qualifying domestic corporations, but the perks—like avoiding the double taxation on corporate income—may be worth it. Hiring us to file this for you costs just $100.

Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting (BOIR)

If your business has been formed under the laws of a country other than the U.S.A. and you’ve registered it to do business stateside, you probably qualify as a reporting company required to file a Beneficial Ownership Information report with FinCEN.
